RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Kindly contact us at customerservice@privatestructure.com.my if you intend to return/exchange/cancel your order. We do not accept any return/exchange or cancellation after 7 days of confirmed receipt of the order.
For hygiene reasons and to maintain product integrity, we regret to inform you that we do not entertain returns or exchanges for innerwear products. Additionally, we do not accept claims asserting discrepancies between the received products and the images or size indications/guides published on our website.
We will only consider exchange requests in the event that we have dispatched incorrect items or if the products exhibit manufacturing defects before any usage.
To initiate a return, the item must meet the following conditions:
• Unworn
• Kept in its original packaging
• Unlaundered
• Retains all of its original tags

Within the package, include a note containing the following details:
• Your order ID
• Item exchange information
• Delivery details
Should you choose to cancel your order before shipping, a refund can be processed with a 10% deduction for transaction fees. Please note that the refund process may take up to 7 working days.
If you wish to modify your order, such as changing the color or size after dispatch or upon receiving the order, all associated shipping costs and tax charges will be your responsibility.
