For Hip
Private Structure underwear is usually mid to low waisted in style. Do not measure your natural waist, but your hips.
Measure your hips from your navel down 6cm (2.5 inches) for a mid-waistline design and 8cm (3 inches) for a low waistline style.
Simply measure around your hips in a circular motion to determine your hip size.
For Chest
To measure your chest, wrap the tape measure around your chest and back, slightly above your nipples.
That is it! You now know your chest measurement.
